"It's been a fast moving and exhilarating 5 months since joining Showlite and taking on the new role as Head of Floorcovering within the business.
I've worked in Live events since I was 18 years old and have spent the last 10 years specialising in exhibition floorcoverings.
I joined Opex in 2004 measuring show plans and ordering carpet. As exhibitions became increasingly design led I focused on the more demanding floor layouts for shows such as Grand Designs, Ideal Homes and 100% Design.
With my wealth of experience I’m able to advise clients and help them develop their ideas. Whatever hurdles may be in our way I’ll find the best solutions to every floorcovering challenge!
I’ve enjoyed building strong relations with clients who like to push the boundaries of what’s possible on a show. You can add so much value to an exhibition by being creative with your floorcoverings and without breaking the budget.
When Showlite first approached me to join the expanding team, it was fantastic to find an exhibition service provider that were looking to invest in their core services rather than water them down. Showlite were the perfect match for me.
