Paul brings over 30 years experience in developing and expanding large scale exhibition contracting businesses. Crucial in the next phase of continued growth at Showlite, Paul will focus on customer service, team building, technology innovation and how we deliver the best possible experience at every opportunity.
Paul Johnson
Operations Director
Paul has over 25 years of experience in the events industry and understands all process required to deliver shows successfully. Paul has played a key role within previous companies heading up both Production and Administration divisions. He is both resourceful and technically experienced on all aspects of exhibitions.
Anthony Smith
Sales Director
Anthony has played a number of key senior roles in building successful businesses within the events industry. He combines a reputation for honesty with delivery of successful shows and has a full understanding of different client needs acting as a critical link between organisers and his production teams.
Jo Mayer
Head of Marketing
Jo has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, previously with major organisers UBM and Clarion Events delivering award winning marketing campaigns including ICE, Ecobuild and IFSEC. Jo brings a wealth of knowledge from traditional channels to social, digital and content marketing.
Roger Cogan
Electrical Director
Roger has over 38 years’ experience in the exhibition industry, managing exhibitions and operational staff to a very high standard with various companies at venues across the UK. He previously ran the London branch of Freeman UK where he was responsible for all electrical installations in London and the surrounding area.
Ross Isolda
Electrical Operations Manager
With 14 years in the exhibition industry previously with Stanco, So Group and Freeman UK, Ross is the Electrical Operations Manager at Showlite and works on planning and designing electrical installations for shows.
Joe Belbin
Exhibitor Sales Co-ordinator
Joe Belbin has joined Showlite as Exhibition Sales Coordinator. With over 17 years’ experience in customer service and sales, most recently at Blue Badger Wholesale, Joe brings drive, determination and energy to the role.
Alun Davies
Graphic Designer
Alun heads up Showlite’s graphics department and is based at our South Wales office and warehouse facility. With over 8 years’ experience creating artwork for exhibitions, Alun has developed a strong ability to plan, organise and deliver under pressure.
